Where we ship

We currently ship to supported United States addresses. Available destinations and delivery services are shown at checkout. International shipping is not currently offered.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before you pay. Review the shipping charge in your order total before placing your order. Any shipping promotion applies only when it is reflected in that total.

RecordStay dispatch time

RecordStay ships within one week of ordering. This is the time we need to prepare and hand your order to the carrier; carrier delivery time is additional. Any different lead time for another product will be stated in its listing.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised dispatch estimate and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund. If you do not agree to a delay that requires your consent, we will cancel and refund the unshipped items.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered. Choosing an expedited carrier service does not shorten RecordStay's preparation time unless we expressly offer an earlier dispatch date. We will provide tracking information when available for your shipment.

Address changes, delays, and missing parcels

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact contact@vinylgearworks.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking is delayed or an order has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.

Damage or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if reasonably available. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. VinylGear Works covers the necessary shipping for a qualifying replacement or return.
